Just wondering, which forumers will be going to this event? It would be great to finally meet everyone in person (for those of whom I do not know)

Not me yet but I suppose there is still time. Would have loved to just buy directly in but my husband has banned me from doing this  His logic is that if I think I am good enough to play on the day then I will be good enough to win a ticket.

WUT!? Whilst Satellites are (in most cases) the cheaper option most players to any event will buy in directly as it is +EV to buy in directly and not be put on tilt by some of the disiculous play seen in satellites. LOL. And variance has a big impact on your performance in satellites and you could play 50 in a row and lose in terrible circumstances. So winning a ticket via a satellite is not a measure of your skill unless you can be a profitable player over 100+ sats.
